Notification of important changes concerning voting rights under L. 3556/2007, as in force
Piraeus Financial Holdings S.A. (the “Company”) announces, pursuant to the provisions of
L. 3556/2007 as in force and following the relevant notification received by the Hellenic Financial
Stability Fund on March 12th, 2024, that the latter, as of March 7
th, 2024, does not hold voting rights
in the Company.
