As part of its ESG strategy and through its “Piraeus Bank” subsidiary, it promotes Responsible and Sustainable Banking by adopting Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) criteria that combine growth and profitability alongside with social and environmental sustainability.
In this spirit, along with another 29 financial institutions - members of UNEP FI, we, in Piraeus Bank, established the Responsible Banking Principles, which have been currently adopted by over 200 banks around the world.
