Corporate Governance Code

Piraeus Financial Holdings S.A., in accordance with article 17 of Law 4706/2020, has adopted the Hellenic Corporate Governance Code of the Hellenic Corporate Governance Council.
The said Code constitutes the Hellenic Corporate Governance Code for Companies with securities listed on a regulated market, in accordance with article 17 of Law 4706/2020 and article 4 of the Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (Decision 2/905/3.3.2021 of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission).
