Focusing on the positive side of the crisis

"Someone once said that every word is a prejudice. It would be difficult to find better proof of this than in the negative connotation of the word “crisis”. And it would be even more difficult to see the underlying positive aspects. Yet in the present negative psychology and uncertainty, a clearer look into our organization reveals a great number of people whose view of the Bank has become more spherical and multidimensional; the terms risk, credit, liquidity, reputation have become clearer; and the need for more effective individual and group work have become a way of life. How negative can that be?"
