(the “Company”), in order to provide accurate information to investors and in compliance with the requirement under the articles 4.1.2 and 4.1.3.15.1 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook, and following the publication of the Company’s 2023 Financial Calendar on 17 January 2023, informs the investment community that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company will take place on Tuesday, 27 June 2023.
