Shareholder Structure

Piraeus Financial Holdings shareholder structure presents great diversity. The total number of the Company’s common shareholders was approximately 24,000 in June 2024. Of the outstanding common shares (1,250,367,223 of a nominal value €0.93 each) the 91% held by legal entities and the 9% by individuals.

In June 2024 the Company held directly 3,893,147 Own Shares, representing 0.31% of the share capital of the Company.
