Since no quorum, as provided by the Codified Law 2190/1920 and the Bank's Articles of Association, was present at the 1st Iterative Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders on the 21st April 2008, issues 8, 9, 11, 12 and 14 of the Daily Agenda were not discussed and no resolutions were made thereon. 

Consequently, the 2st Iterative Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders will be held on Wednesday May 7th 2008, at 10:00 am at the Goden Room of Grande Bretagne Hotel, as already announced in the Invitation published on 03.03.2008.
