Policy against Incidents of Violence and Harassment in the Workplace
Piraeus Bank Group acknowledges its responsibility for a working environment that promotes respect and equal opportunities by establishing the Human Rights Policy, Employee Regulation, Code of Conduct and Ethics, and the Policy and Procedure on Preventing and Fighting Workplace Discrimination, Violence and Harassment.
The objective of the latter policy is to prevent and combat any form of discrimination based on personal characteristics and choices, to create and consolidate a work environment that respects, promotes and ensures human dignity and the right of each person to a work environment free of violence and harassment.
