Since no quorum, as provided by the Codified Law 2190/1920 and the Bank's Articles of Association, was present at the Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders on the 3rd April 2008, issues 8, 9, 11, 12 and 14 of the Daily Agenda were not discussed and no resolutions were made thereon.

Consequently, the 1st Iterative Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders will be held on Good Monday 21st April 2008, at 10:00 am at the Grand Ballroom of Grande Bretagne Hotel, as already announced in the Invitation published on 03.03.2008.
