Notification of important changes concerning voting rights under L. 3556/2007, as in force
Piraeus Financial Holdings S.A. (the “Company”) announces, pursuant to the provisions of L. 3556/2007 as in force and following relevant notification received on March 15th, 2024, that the total percentage of voting rights held indirectly by «The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc» deriving from common shares and financial instruments (Securities Lending and swaps), fell below the minimum threshold of 5% as of March 13th, 2024. The abovementioned company holds indirectly through controlled legal entities:
- 14,246,438 (i.e. 1.14% of the total voting rights of the Company) voting rights attached to an equal number of common, registered, voting, dematerialized shares according to ar. 10 of law 3556/2007,
- 602,199 (i.e. 0.05% of the total voting rights of the Company) voting rights deriving from financial instruments (Securities Lending), according to ar. 11 par. 1a) of law 3556/2007, as in force, and
- 67,635 (i.e. 0.01% of the total voting rights of the Company) voting rights deriving from financial instruments (swaps), according to ar. 11 par. 1b) of law 3556/2007, as in force.
The voting rights deriving from common shares and financial instruments (Securities Lending and swaps), which corresponded to the situation before the triggering transaction amounted to the total percentage of 6.61%.
