Piraeus Bank S.A. announces that the 1st phase of the tender process for the disposal of 100% of the shares of its subsidiary Imithea S.A., owner and operator of the Henry Dunant Hospital Center, was completed today, August 3, 2018, following the timely submission of a satisfactory number of non-binding offers by investors participating in the competitive tender process.
In the coming days, the Bank with the assistance of its financial advisor PwC, will evaluate the non-binding offers with a view to select those offers which will be invited to participate in the 2nd phase of the process, in accordance with its terms.
