Piraeus Asset Management Mutual Fund Management S.A., in implementing its policy to reinforce its activities in the field of third-party asset management, announces that it has proceeded to an agreement to undertake the management of the five (Greek) Mutual Funds of ING Mutual Fund Management S.A.
With this business move, Piraeus Asset Management Mutual Fund Management S.A. increases the assets it manages and widens the range of Mutual Funds available to investors.
In addition, Piraeus Asset Management Mutual Fund Management S.A. will proceed to an agreement with ING Hellenic Insurance Company S.A. regarding the promotion of these Mutual Funds to investors, thus widening its existing cooperations with yet another high-quality distribution network.
Piraeus Asset Management Mutual Fund Management S.A., apart from the management of Mutual Funds and of private and institutional portfolios, offers through its network, both to Greek investors and to those of other EU countries in which the Piraeus Bank Group is active, a wide range of diversified products by collective investment agencies of internationally acknowledged investment firms, among which ING Investment Management is also included.
Let it also be pointed out that the agreement in question has received approval from the relevant Supervising Authorities.
