Notification of important changes concerning voting rights under L. 3864/2010, as in force
Pursuant to the provisions of article 7 par.2c) of L. 3864/2010, as in force, Piraeus Financial Holdings S.A. (the “Company”), further to the received notification dated 20th January, 2021, announces that Mr. John A. Paulson as of 14.01.2021 holds indirectly through Paulson & Co. Inc., a company controlled by him, 38,348,265 common registered shares with equal voting rights, corresponding to 4.62% of the Company’s total voting rights, excluding those held by the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund (HFSF).
Additional information
Paulson & Co. Inc. is the investment manager of the funds that hold directly the shares in Piraeus Financial Holdings S.A. and as manager it exercises the voting rights on behalf of the funds.
