ETVA Industrial Parks SA
ETVA Industrial Parks SA is a subsidiary of Piraeus Group, with 65% participation and the Greek State holding a 35% stake. It was founded in 2003, after the Industrial Parks sector was spun-off from ETVA bank during its acquisition by Piraeus Group.
The main scope of activity of ETVA Industrial Areas SA is the design, development and use and management of Industrial Areas (Industrial Areas/BIPE - Industrial and Entrepreneurial Areas/BEPE - Small Business Park/BIOPA) and Business Parks (EP). ΕΤVΑ Industrial Parks SA is the basic agent of industrial and professional Real Estate in Greece and operates 26 industrial areas with modern and transparent procedures, improving infrastructures and rationalising operating costs. Approx. 2,300 businesses are established and over 30,000 people are employed in the company’s areas of responsibility.
